  • Resources at the Boise Public Library for grant seekers

Laura Jenski earned her PhD in oncology and received postdoctoral training in immunology at the University of Wisconsin. While a university professor, Laura established a research program exploring the role of omega-3 fatty acids in immunity to cancer. She wrote successful research and infrastructure proposals; served on federal, state, and foundation grant review panels; and as the vice-president for research at the University of South Dakota, was the authorized official for grants and contracts.

Laura lives in Boise with her husband, one dog, and three cats, and has embarked on the new adventure of writing mysteries and thrillers.
